Access billing page in Sumtracker

To access billing details, follow the steps:

  1. Go to settings

  2. Click on billing details

  3. You can now view and modify your Sumtracker plan and billing.

Updating your billing plan

To update the billing plan,

  1. Go to Settings > Billing Details page

  2. Click on update plan button

  3. Select the new plan and click on Activate Plan

When you update your plan, you will be billed pro rata for the remaining time in your billing period.

If I connect multiple stores, will I be billed under one of them?

Yes, you will be billed under one store only.

What happens if the number of orders exceeds the current plan limit?

If the order volume goes above the limit, the account will continue to function smoothly. You need to upgrade the plan if order volume is above the plan limit consistently for more than 2 months.

If the plan is not upgraded, all order received above the limit will be billed at 20 cents per additional order. This amount is not billed automatically. Sumtracker team will send a communication separately through email.

I want to sync inventory of a few products only. Can I only be billed only for the orders that have those products?

No, we cannot know beforehand which orders to sync. We have to sync all orders from your store in all cases. Hence, billing cannot be based on a partial number of orders.
