Orders in Sumtracker

This article explains how Sumtracker tracks orders, including open, closed, partial, and canceled states synced from your store.

Sumtracker syncs all orders from your store automatically. The order status is being updated automatically every few minutes from your store. Sumtracker can only read order information from your store.

Order Statuses

Sumtracker has order statuses which are used to manage orders.

OPEN - order is yet unfulfilled

CLOSE - when order is fulfilled

PARTIAL - when some products in the order have been shipped, but others are still pending

CANCEL - when the order has been cancelled or deleted on your store

Inventory for products is updated as soon as a new order is fetched to Sumtracker.

Inventory changes due to refunds, restocks or cancellations are updated in Sumtracker.

When an order gets fulfilled on your store, the fulfilment locations on Shopify are matched in Sumtracker.
