This report gets generated after Sumtracker has at least 30 days of sales data.

It is useful to find out which products are going to be stocked out in the next few days, so you can order them timely.

We take the Sales history of each product over the last 30 days by default. This can be selected as 60 or 90 days as well.

Based on the Sales history, we calculate the rate at which each product has been selling per day.

We then compare this value to the current stock available to get the Days of Inventory Remaining.

Total Sales - Shows the total quantity sold as per the selected time period (30, 60 or 90 days)

Days of inventory remaining is the number of days it will take for the product to be sold out if it continues selling at the same rate as it has been selling for the selected time period.

This report does not include

  • Any product that has not been sold over the selected time period

  • Any new product that got created during the selected time period, since it does not have enough data as other products

You can export the report to see all products at once.
