Inventory tracking should be on
For Sumtracker to manage your inventory, inventory tracking must be enabled for all products in your Shopify store.

Location should be enabled for the product
Sumtracker respects the location settings in Shopify. If a location is not enabled in Shopify for a product listing, Sumtracker will not update the inventory to that location. The location will remain disabled in Shopify, even if an inventory update is made in Sumtracker.
For example, since the Denver location is not enabled for this product in Shopify, Sumtracker will not update inventory for this product at the Denver location.
