You can view the Adjustment History of a product on Shopify. This report shows the source by which inventory got altered for a product on Shopify.

This works great for finding out which action or app are making any unexpected inventory changes. If you have issues with inventory update for any SKU on Shopify, please share a screenshot of its recent Adjustment History.
