What is the meaning of Not Found product in my product list?

The "NOT_FOUND" product in Sumtracker appears when an order item can't be matched to a listing, often due to custom products or missing SKUs. Use the "Orders Log by Product" report to find and resolve such orders.

Sumtracker creates a product called NOT_FOUND and fills up in an order when it can't associate an order's item with any listing. This may occur when:

  • Custom products are added in an order that aren't there in the listings

  • The product's SKU was not added in the online listing and Sumtracker was not able to identify the product

NOT_FOUND product in Sumtracker is automatically archived and can be found in the archived products list

How to identify the order due to which NOT_FOUND product was created?

  1. Go to the Reports Section.

  2. Click on Orders Log by Product.

  3. Search for NOT_FOUND in the search bar.

This will show all the orders that have NOT_FOUND products. You can open each order on Sumtracker and check the same order details on your online store. If you find any product that should've been recognised by Sumtracker, but it is still showing as not found, please get in touch with us.

Historical reports cannot be changed once you updated the SKU of the product and it is recognised by the system. The historical reports will still show NOT FOUND product.
