You may be getting emails from Amazon with the subject ‘Notification of Active Listings Report availability'. These are notification emails generated by Amazon. They are sent to you every time Sumtracker requests a report to sync the Active products from your account. To stop these emails, you have to change your notification preferences in the Seller Central.
Here are the steps to turn them off
- Login to Seller Central
- Hover the mouse on Settings (top right of the screen)
- Click on Notification Preferences
- Scroll down to the Reports section and click on the Edit button
- Un-tick the Open Listings Report option and click on Save
