      How to open Purchase order PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Reader

      Update 8th March: The issue with opening PDFs exported from Sumtracker is now resolved. 

      To solve the issue, please follow the steps below:

      1. Open the PDF file downloaded from Sumtracker using Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.

      2. Once the PDF is opened in the browser, save the PDF document as a new PDF file through the print option.

      3. The newly generated PDF will be compatible with Adobe software.
