You can connect multiple stores with Sumtracker and manage the inventory for all your stores from a common Sumtracker account. These could be multiple stores on the same platform, for example multiple Shopify stores, or from different platforms.

You can check how to connect a store from this article.

Here are the points to follow while connecting multiple stores

  • The new store can have a set of same or a set of different products as compared to your already connected stores with Sumtracker. All cases will work fine.

  • Before connecting another store, ensure that identical products on your stores have the same SKU. Sumtracker connects the products have same SKU together to keep their inventory in sync on all stores.

  • If you have common warehouses for multiple stores, ensure to link them to the existing Sumtracker warehouses. If the new store has different warehouses than the existing ones, you can create new warehouse for them. Please check this guide to learn more on this.
