Update 8th March: The issue with opening PDFs exported from Sumtracker is now resolved.
To solve the issue, please follow the steps below:
Open the PDF file downloaded from Sumtracker using Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
Once the PDF is opened in the browser, save the PDF document as a new PDF file through the print option.
The newly generated PDF will be compatible with Adobe software.
