Sumtracker allows you to turn off inventory sync for individual products. When inventory sync is off for a product, Sumtracker will not sync its inventory to your store. This setting can be changed at any time.
Turn inventory sync off for a single product
Open the product details page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Toggle the "Inventory Sync" switch to off.
Turn inventory sync off in bulk from product list
Go to the Products List.
Select the products using the checkboxes in the leftmost column.
From the Bulk Action menu, select "Turn Inventory Sync Off."
The Bulk Actions button only appears when products are selected.
Turn inventory sync off in bulk through CSV file
Export the product list.
Open the exported sheet and edit the "tracking type" column. Add "NOT_TRACKED" to the products for which you want to turn off sync.
Import the edited sheet back into Sumtracker.
After completing these steps, the inventory of all products marked as "NOT_TRACKED" will no longer be updated by Sumtracker to your store.
