When is an order not synced from Shopify?
A Shopify order is not synced in the following cases
- The order got fulfilled directly from Shopify before syncing to Sumtracker
- The order got cancelled on Shopify before syncing to Sumtracker
- The order has a product that has been deleted
- The order has a product that does not have any sku
- The order has a product that is not published on any sales channel on Shopify
