When is an order not synced from Shopify?

A Shopify order is not synced in the following cases

  • The order got fulfilled directly from Shopify before syncing to Sumtracker
  • The order got cancelled on Shopify before syncing to Sumtracker
  • The order has a product that has been deleted
  • The order has a product that does not have any sku
  • The order does not have any customer
