How is the shipping warehouse assigned for an order?
We can create warehouse routing rules in Sumtracker to automatically assign warehouse to an order. An order can be routed to a warehouse based on the customer's address and the stock available in the warehouse.
Warehouse routing rules can only work for warehouses whose warehouse links are created. Warehouse links are created to map Sumtracker warehouses with locations on your online channels.
For each order, the warehouse is decided based on the warehouse routing rules.
If no warehouse routing rules are made, the order is assigned the default warehouse that is filled in the channel's settings. (Channels setting can be found in Ecommerce Settings > Channels)
