⛔️How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription with Sumtracker at any time by navigating to Settings > Billing.

Click on the Cancel Plan button to cancel your subscription.


When does the cancellation take effect?

Cancelling your subscription takes effect immediately.

What happens to my account and data when I cancel my subscription?

Our system stores your account and inventory data for 180 days after cancellation. You will continue to have read-only access to your account and can export certain information (e.g. your products, inventory, orders, etc.) in a CSV format for 30 days after cancellation.

What happens to Inventory Sync after cancellation?

Sumtracker stops syncing your inventory with your stores immediately after you cancel your subscription. No data sync (push or pull) happens after from your stores after cancellation.

What happens if I cancel during free trial?

Sumtracker will stop syncing with your online stores, and inventory tracking will be paused. You will not be charged after the free trial expires. Your account data will be automatically deleted after a few days.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes, you can reactivate your subscription by clicking on “Activate Account” or by going to Settings > Billing page. If you no longer have access to your account, you can reach out to us within 180 days of cancellation for getting access to your account.
