🌟 How to upgrade your billing plan
You can upgrade your subscription plan by going to Settings > Billing page.
On the billing page, you will see your currently active plan.
Click on Upgrade plan > Choose the right plan > Activate your plan.
At the time of upgrade, you can:
- Choose between Monthly Billing and Yearly Billing
- Select the plan that best fits your monthly order volume
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
What happens if you upgrade in middle of your subscription period?
You will be charged on pro-rata basis for the remaining subscription period for the new plan.
Deciding the best billing plan for you
You can select the plan that best suits your business by your monthly order volume. Your order volume is the combined number of orders you receive in a month from all your connected stores.
