Does Sumtracker integrate with Faire?

Sumtracker does not connect directly to Faire. The supported approach is to link your Faire account to Shopify (which Faire natively supports), so that Faire orders flow into Shopify first. From there, Sumtracker picks them up through the Shopify integration and adjusts inventory accordingly.

If Faire orders are appearing in Shopify but not showing up in Sumtracker’s sales data or not reducing inventory correctly, contact support and provide an example order ID — this is usually a sync issue that can be investigated with collaborator access to your Shopify store.
