Sync Status
This is the current sync status of the store.
Sync Inventory & Orders Manually
Sumtracker will fetch the latest orders from your store. And whatever inventory changes that have happened since the last sync will be pushed to the store.
Hard Refresh Inventory
Sumtracker will push the inventory of all your products to the store. This action should only be done when there is a discrepancy that is not fixing after "Sync Inventory & Orders manually" action has been taken and its not working. It can take some time to push inventory of all products to the store. When this action is completed, the timestamp of last inventory sync time is updated.
Sync Listings
Sumtracker will fetch the newly created or updated listings from your store since the last sync happened. This action is only relevant for Etsy, eBay and Amazon stores. Since listings from all other stores are updated instantly.
Hard Refresh Listings
Sumtracker will fetch all listings from your store to Sumtracker and update them. This action is needed when you find out that certain listings data is not in sync with your store and you want to refresh all data. Please ensure that you have put SKUs in your listings for them to sync to Sumtracker.
Order Sync Status
This shows the Order sync status. When the sync is on, orders from store are synced to Sumtracker every few minutes.
Store Settings section for Shopify stores
Save Vendor information
This setting is off by default. When you turn it on, we will sync the vendor information from the Shopify products to Sumtracker.
All vendors will be created under Suppliers in Sumtracker. And products will be linked with suppliers through purchase prices. Whenever vendor information is updated on Shopify, it will be synced with Sumtracker.
Please note: If your turn on this setting, you must click on "Hard Refresh Listings" action for the initial sync of vendor information. After the initial sync, the sync will work automatically whenever vendors are added or edited in Products on Shopify.
Save Draft products
This setting is off by default. When you turn it on, all products in Draft status will sync to Sumtracker. Your products must have a SKU to sync to Sumtracker.
Please note: If your turn on this setting, you must click on "Hard Refresh Listings" action for the initial sync of all existing Draft products. After the initial sync, the sync will work automatically whenever listings are added or edited on Shopify.
Store Settings section for Etsy stores
Auto Renew Listings
This setting is on by default. When this setting is on, Sumtracker will auto renew sold out or expired listings if you add inventory for those listings in Sumtracker. Etsy charges a small fee every time a sold out or expired listing is renewed.
You can turn off this setting at any time. If turned off, Sumtracker will not renew the sold out or expired listings.
Set Maximum Inventory Level to update on store
With this setting you can define the maximum inventory level to update on your store.
For example, if this is set to 10, the maximum inventory updated by Sumtracker for any product on that store will be 10. This table shows an example of how this will work.
Product name | Available inventory in Sumtracker | Inventory updated on store |
Product A | 85 | 10 |
Product B | 12 | 10 |
Product C | 8 | 8 |
This setting is especially useful for stores on eBay where they restrict the total value of inventory you can make available to sell. This is also useful in cases when you need to create artificial scarcity of products to increase sales.
Danger zone section

This option is added to handle special use cases when you want to disable all data sync between Sumtracker and your store temporarily. When enabled again, all the data will be synced from the time it was paused.
One of the example use case is SKU changes. If you want to change SKUs in Sumtracker and online store listings, you can use this option. Please refer to this help article.
