Can I add bundles to Purchase Orders?

No, bundles themselves cannot be added directly to purchase orders. However, Sumtracker makes it easy to order the right components for your bundles.

When adding products to a purchase order,

• Apply the filter to show bundles
• Search for a bundle by name or SKU. When you select a bundle and enter a quantity, Sumtracker automatically adds the bundle's individual components to the purchase order in the correct quantities.

Example: If a bundle contains 2 units of Component A and you enter a bundle quantity of 10, Sumtracker will automatically add 20 units of Component A to the purchase order (2 × 10 = 20).

This works the same way for all components in the bundle — each component is added in proportion to its quantity inside the bundle multiplied by the number of bundles you entered.
