Connect your store to Sumtracker
Connecting your store is the first step to using Sumtracker. Once connected, Sumtracker imports your products automatically. Your inventory sync remains off until you explicitly turn it on, so you can explore Sumtracker safely without any changes being made to your store data.
How to connect your store
Go to Sales Channels → Connect New Channel and follow the on-screen prompts to connect your store.
Sumtracker supports the following sales channels:
- Shopify & Shopify Plus stores
- Amazon FBM and FBA
- Walmart
- Etsy
- eBay
Connecting multiple stores
You can connect multiple stores to the same Sumtracker account — including multiple Shopify stores or a mix of channels from different marketplaces. There is no extra charge for connecting additional stores. Sumtracker's pricing is based on your total monthly order volume across all connected stores, not the number of stores.
Store is already connected to another account
If you see an error saying your store is already connected to another Sumtracker account, it means the store was previously connected during an earlier sign-up or trial. Each store can only be linked to one Sumtracker account at a time.
To fix this, log in to the previous Sumtracker account and remove the store from there. Once removed, you can connect it to your current account without any issues.
If you can't access the previous account, reach out to us and we'll remove the store for you so you can proceed.
