Order Actions - Refresh, Archive and Close
You can update the Orders in Sumtracker using the Actions in Order List and Order Details page.
If you think an order status is not matching between Sumtracker and your store, you can Refresh it and its details will be fetched again.
If the order has been fulfilled, you can close it in Sumtracker. The inventory of the items in the order will be deducted. This action also remove the booked quantity associated with the products in this order.
If you want to remove an order from Sumtracker and undo its inventory changes, you can archive it. This action also remove the booked quantity associated with the products in this order.
